Just Doucet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michal Svatek having to make a save. After 15 played minutes RC Aiacciu Corsica got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Dubroca. Steevy Dumay succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Montanay's goalkeeper Axel Pichaud, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sacha Bruchet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Axel Pichaud firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 25 played minutes RC Aiacciu Corsica got a freekick which was hit by Auguste Dhalluin. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Sacha Bruchet put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Axel Pichaud. When Yohann Fréchou fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montanay's protests and gave Yohann Fréchou a yellow card for diving instead. Yohann Fréchou hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Axel Pichaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Dubroca in the 71st minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Mehdi Studer made a precise shot to the right of Axel Pichaud. Montanay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Montanay were furious when Baptiste Bras was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. RC Aiacciu Corsica had played much better football throughout.
