Mathis Villeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrick Soyer in the 18th minute of play. When Pierrick Soyer fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SERBANNE's protests and gave Pierrick Soyer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SERBANNE's Pierrick Soyer got a free kick in the 20th minute. Joe Baud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jackson Rion, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Fernand Guilloton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mathis Villeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evan Guilmin in the 24th minute of the match. Joe Baud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jackson Rion, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 37th minute, Evan Guilmin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathis Villeger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Francis Mokhtari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Pierrick Soyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathis Villeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Francis Mokhtari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half SERBANNE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jackson Rion to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomas Verot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Joe Baud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SERBANNE's Joe Baud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jackson Rion in the 59th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Orcines got a freekick which was hit by Antonin Martens. Mathis Villeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Debord in the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jackson Rion in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joe Baud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute, Antonin Martens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, one of Orcines:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Francis Mokhtari hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernand Guilloton during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 92 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SERBANNE's Evan Guilmin fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Mathis Villeger made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Evan Guilmin sent off a good shot on target.
