Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benoît Patry got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Edgard Dubroca had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 3 minutes into the game, Enzo Dupoux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anstaing's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RC Aiacciu Corsica the free kick. RC Aiacciu Corsica's Cyrille Gaudillère was substituted for Edgard Dubroca. A collision led to Anstaing getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Enzo Dupoux hit a great ball. Michal Svatek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benoît Patry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match Basile Hénin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Baptiste Foure showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Anstaing's Jack Herbaux got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Anstaing getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Enzo Dupoux hit a great ball. After 19 minutes of play, RC Aiacciu Corsica's Grégoire Pause made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean-Baptiste Foure was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute Arthur Jouenne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Baptiste Foure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, RC Aiacciu Corsica's Arthur Jouenne made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean-Baptiste Foure was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 32 minutes, Enzo Dupoux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anstaing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Dupoux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jean-Baptiste Foure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grégoire Pause, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Benoît Patry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rdth minute of the game Grégoire Pause who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anstaing's Jean-Baptiste Foure was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grégoire Pause in the 45th minute of play forced Anstaing's goalkeeper Jean-Baptiste Foure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Arthur Jouenne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RC Aiacciu Corsica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur Jouenne was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Grégoire Pause dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jean-Baptiste Foure, 0-4. In the 59th minute, Benoît Patry sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and RC Aiacciu Corsica's Michal Svatek didn't even have to move. In the 63rd minute, Basile Hénin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in RC Aiacciu Corsica's zone, Benoît Patry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Svatek came out of the goal and Benoît Patry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Arthur Jouenne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jean-Baptiste Foure. That made the score 0-5 in the 70 minute of play. Jean-Baptiste Foure didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Jouenne went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. RC Aiacciu Corsica's Grégoire Pause suffered a concussion after 77 minutes and had to leave the field. André Liègeois charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Liègeois the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. RC Aiacciu Corsica made a substitution. Mehdi Studer replaced Grégoire Pause. Thanks to some nice moves Arthur Jouenne could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Jean-Baptiste Foure however easily saved by the left post. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Anstaing! With a little luck, Anstaing's Jean-Baptiste Foure got control of the ball when Mehdi Studer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute Arthur Jouenne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Baptiste Foure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean-Baptiste Foure made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Mehdi Studer sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th match minute, RC Aiacciu Corsica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyrille Gaudillère to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Mehdi Studer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Jean-Baptiste Foure was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. RC Aiacciu Corsica's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
