When Just Doucet came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Montanay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Just Doucet couldn't finish the play. Steevy Dumay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Ortiz having to interfere. Gerard Couchot hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. David Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steevy Dumay in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Ortiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

55 minutes into the match, Montanay's Just Doucet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Ortiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Just Doucet struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. David Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montanay. After a rather tough play, Chède's Ludovic Diallo got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 65 minutes of play, Montanay's Just Doucet made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Ortiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Just Doucet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Chède's David Ortiz got control of the ball when Steevy Dumay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Just Doucet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. David Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steevy Dumay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but David Ortiz made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Steevy Dumay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steevy Dumay in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Ortiz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Celestin Lazare hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Just Doucet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Benoit Roumier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chède fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Chède fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Montanay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
