Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carl Renauld started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Fontain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thibault Dujardin to maneuver through the defense. Étienne Tabary could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Evan Edon made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, Mickaël Dez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fontain's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neudorf the free kick. A collision led to Fontain getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mickaël Dez hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grégory Le Du in the 18th minute of play forced Neudorf's goalkeeper Djibril Favre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grégory Le Du in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Djibril Favre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grégory Le Du received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Djibril Favre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Abraham Biret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Joaquim Brault shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Djibril Favre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valérien Bibard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Djibril Favre having to interfere. Djibril Favre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grégory Le Du, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Renauld in the 47th minute of play forced Fontain's goalkeeper Evan Edon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grégory Le Du to make the kick off. With his leg Djibril Favre managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Fontain's Valérien Bibard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Étienne Tabary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evan Edon having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Neudorf's goalkeeper Djibril Favre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valérien Bibard. Djibril Favre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valérien Bibard in the 79th minute. Robin Chery hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Étienne Tabary shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evan Edon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Djibril Favre didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Fontain's Grégory Le Du shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fontain's zone, Étienne Tabary stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evan Edon came out of the goal and Étienne Tabary tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evan Edon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Renauld in the 96th minute of play. The Neudorf supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fontain's performance. The match ended with a win for Fontain.
