Morlangesd's Sébastian Sylvain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Morlangesd from getting a goal against them. Felix Azam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 24 minutes, Aziz Gibier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nilvange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aziz Gibier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Azam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Degroote in the 27th minute of the match. Nicolas Tellier hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Morlangesd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pacôme Queval to maneuver through the defense. Sébastian Sylvain yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
52 minutes into the match, Charles Degroote dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Felix Azam, 1-4. With a little luck, Nilvange's Felix Azam got control of the ball when Charles Degroote tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Azam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justin Sauzeau in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Morlangesd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Édouard Blay to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Aziz Gibier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nilvange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Justin Sauzeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Felix Azam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Charles Degroote notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Nilvange's Felix Azam. Felix Azam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Thomas Bonjean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pacôme Queval struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Felix Azam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morlangesd. Victor Fontes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Azam came out and tried to block the shot, but Victor Fontes slotted it home off the left post making it 2-9 in the 89th minute. Felix Azam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Degroote in the 93rd minute. Morlangesd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
