Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joffrey Le Boulch started the match with the kick off. Rachid Andriot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philippe Taverne in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Charles Boulange's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rachid Andriot was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the game, Joffrey Le Boulch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vayres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pillonnières the free kick. After 28 minutes, Joris Asselin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vayres and the Pillonnières players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Joris Asselin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vayres's zone, Charles Boulange stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Andriot came out of the goal and Charles Boulange tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Boulange was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Vayres's Jarod Jouet got a free kick in the 35th minute. Pillonnières's Philippe Taverne couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vayres. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Charles Boulange managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pillonnières's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Boulange was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Andriot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Vayres's Rachid Andriot got control of the ball when Charles Boulange tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 43 played minutes Vayres got a freekick which was hit by Joris Asselin. Charles Boulanges short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Rachid Andriot to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charles Boulange was the one to do the kick off. Vayres's Manuel Laclau got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, Vayres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Herviou to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pillonnières getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cyrille Hermant hit a great ball. Romain Knecht charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The tension between the Vayres and the Pillonnières players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Jarod Jouet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes of play, Pillonnières's Charles Boulange made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rachid Andriot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Philippe Taverne took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rachid Andriot. Rachid Andriot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 83rd minute, Philippe Taverne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Philippe Taverne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Boulange in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rachid Andriot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pillonnières walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
