In the 16th minute, Rouen's Hugo Machard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mathys Mora. Mathys Mora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Mathys Mora came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Rouen's Ott Kalju. But to his dismay, Ott Kalju quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 24th minute, Hugo Machard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rouen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Hugo Machard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathys Mora. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathys Mora should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Kosmas Karastathis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Rouen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
