The referee ignored FC Pitron's protests and gave Sylvain Botte a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes FC Pitron got a freekick which was hit by Sylvain Botte. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Brice Couvelard took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Mamadou Métais to make any attempt to save it. In the 16th minute Nolan Hivert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mamadou Métais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes FC Foix got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Chauvière. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of FC Foix:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Pitron:s goal. The referee gave FC Pitron a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sam Limare, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Foix's Hamid Lamothe. 2-1. Teddy Reiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donovan Chauvière might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mamadou Métais. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donovan Chauvière ran back to his position shaking his head. Mamadou Métais was a little too slow when Nolan Hivert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthieu Savelli in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Foix's goalkeeper Hamid Lamothe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nolan Hivert's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Mamadou Métais skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The wind increased when Nolan Hivert made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Nolan Hivert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Foix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Hamid Lamothe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthieu Savelli in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match FC Pitron got a corner. FC Foix's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sam Limare ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Pitron's corner Sam Limare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hamid Lamothe quite easily take care of the ball. Teddy Reiss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Hamid Lamothe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Teddy Reiss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pitron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teddy Reiss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donovan Chauvière charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donovan Chauvière the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Louison Gruson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, FC Pitron's Matthieu Savelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamid Lamothe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donovan Chauvière hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. If Matthieu Savelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nolan Hivert fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Foix's protests and gave Nolan Hivert a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Pitron booed when FC Foix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nolan Hivert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nolan Hivert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mamadou Métais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Donovan Chauvière a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Teddy Reiss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Hamid Lamothe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that FC Foix were the better team. FC Foix's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
