Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 169) Fernand Ménet started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, FC Foix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruce Lavergne to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Fernand Ménet made a precise shot to the right of Hamid Lamothe. FC Foix's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hamid Lamothe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernand Ménet, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 13 played minutes FC Foix got a freekick which was hit by Octave Charneau. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernand Ménet in the 20th minute of play forced FC Foix's goalkeeper Hamid Lamothe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Lambinet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nolan Hivert, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Calvin Turc fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quennaumont's protests and gave Calvin Turc a yellow card for diving instead. 28 minutes into the game, one of Quennaumont:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hector Lambinet made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Nolan Hivert sent off a good shot on target. Louison Gruson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Foix's Donovan Chauvière got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Hamid Lamothe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernand Ménet's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nolan Hivert to make the kick off. Quennaumont's Calvin Turc shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 51st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hamid Lamothe but with some difficulty. Alban Drouhin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamid Lamothe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alban Drouhin went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Boris Labarrière managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quennaumont's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Labarrière was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamid Lamothe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Brice Couvelard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Lambinet. Quennaumont's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brice Couvelard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Réda Levacher lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quennaumont fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Hector Lambinet had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Nolan Hivert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nolan Hivert in the 72nd minute of play forced Quennaumont's goalkeeper Hector Lambinet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Lambinet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brice Couvelard's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. A collision led to Quennaumont getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Victor Quehen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nolan Hivert in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Lambinet saved Quennaumont from getting behind. When FC Foix's Nolan Hivert in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quennaumont's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to FC Foix getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bruce Lavergne hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernand Ménet in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamid Lamothe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernand Ménet in the 88th minute of play forced FC Foix's goalkeeper Hamid Lamothe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamid Lamothe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernand Ménet in the 91st minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Alban Drouhin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamid Lamothe. FC Foix's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alban Drouhin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.
