José Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérémie Baudry in the 3rd minute of the match. After 12 minutes, Modeste Métenier made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rouhling's José Portugal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. José Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Réa in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Brandon Adeline hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jérémie Baudry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. José Portugal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rouhling's José Portugal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Réa in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute Armand Réa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Ortega charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Ortega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Rouhling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Ortega to maneuver through the defense. Armand Réa kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GENY's Joaquim Massy got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Michal Kochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. José Portugal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modeste Métenier, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jérémie Baudry was the one to do the kick off. José Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérémie Baudry in the 52nd minute of the match. Martial Celton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barthélémy Eyraud in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barthélémy Eyraud during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rouhling's Barthélémy Eyraud got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 58 minutes, Moussa Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rouhling and the GENY players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Rouhling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moussa Batista to maneuver through the defense. Joaquim Massy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. José Portugal was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Jérémie Baudry capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jérémie Baudry really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 71st minute Barthélémy Eyraud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martial Celton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémie Baudry in the 72nd minute of play. José Portugal came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by GENY's Modeste Métenier. But to his dismay, Modeste Métenier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Rouhling's Lucas Choquet was substituted for Brandon Adeline. José Portugal made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Armand Réa sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Rouhling getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Lucas Choquet hit a great ball. Hakim Cabrera lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rouhling! Rouhling:s José Portugal showed great skill when he stopped Joaquim Renucci:s penalty. In the 98th minute Jaak Aabaand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martial Celton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over GENY could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rouhling throughout the match.
