The audience was convinced that Barthélémy Eyraud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrice Lepetit was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Gaston Le Flem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fierce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 27 played minutes Rouhling got a freekick which was hit by Philippe Loustau. In the 29th minute, Gaston Le Flem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Portugal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Clovis Lenoble kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 minutes, Ramón Sirvent mouthed his way into the referee's book. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clovis Lenoble made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Rouhling's Michal Kochowski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabrice Lepetit was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barthélémy Eyrauds short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Fabrice Lepetit to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barthélémy Eyraud in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrice Lepetit saved Fierce from getting behind. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fierce's goalkeeper Fabrice Lepetit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clovis Lenoble's late challenge caught a Rouhling's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clovis Lenoble helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rouhling booed when Fierce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clovis Lenoble didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rouhling made a substitution. Jaak Aabaand replaced Michal Kochowski. Clovis Lenoble hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Barthélémy Eyraud had several of the Fierce's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Fabrice Lepetit as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 86 minutes Fierce's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Barthélémy Eyraud who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Barthélémy Eyraud got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabrice Lepetit quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ramón Sirvent tried in the game's 86th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Fabrice Lepetit. An annoying self made goal, 2-4. After a rather tough play, Rouhling's Lucas Choquet got a free kick in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rouhling's zone, Faustin Compagnon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Portugal came out of the goal and Faustin Compagnon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Rouhling could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fierce throughout the match.
