In the 14th minute, Adam Belon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Batiste Carbon. The goal made the score 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, Triez's goal looked a bit too open when Dove Carrat came free, but Batiste Carbon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Belon got free with Batiste Carbon in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Martial Jay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Batiste Carbon was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 34th match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Yousfi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grégoire Montaigne in the 36th minute of play forced Stade Ygossais's goalkeeper Fabrice Caillot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Justin Geiger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fabrice Caillot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Célestin Harter to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Macieira charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Macieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Stade Ygossais booed when Triez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Macieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brayden Bonnison was the one to do the kick off. Adam Belon struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Batiste Carbon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stade Ygossais. A collision led to Stade Ygossais getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ciccio Graziani hit a great ball. Martial Jay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Martial Jay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Nesor to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Stade Ygossais's Ciccio Graziani got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Nesor in the 77th minute of play forced Triez's goalkeeper Batiste Carbon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batiste Carbon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martial Jay in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes, Martial Jay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stade Ygossais and the Triez players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martial Jay hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Triez's Matheo Giraudon was substituted for Brayden Bonnison. Fabrice Caillot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matheo Giraudon in the 90th minute. Adam Belon struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Batiste Carbon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stade Ygossais. Stade Ygossais's Martial Jay got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
