Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavian Garcon in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gameiro Couchot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferdinand Rousselot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sofyane Valognes made a huge save. Flavian Garcon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Flavian Garcon came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Rathmore Lime Tree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavian Garcon couldn't finish the play. Sofyane Valognes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Rousselot in the 26th minute. Gameiro Couchot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavian Garcon's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes, Ronan Dard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fèves and the Rathmore Lime Tree players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when Fèves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronan Dard didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Flavian Garcon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute Flavian Garcon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Couchot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavian Garcon in the 34th minute of play forced Fèves's goalkeeper Gameiro Couchot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gameiro Couchot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavian Garcon's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Flavian Garcon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gameiro Couchot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdel Gourdet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofyane Valognes having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Flavian Garcon made the kick off in the second half. Gameiro Couchot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavian Garcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinand Rousselot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdel Gourdet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Sofyane Valognes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavian Garcon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gameiro Couchot having to make a save. If Adil Magaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Abdel Gourdet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul-Émile Brien to maneuver through the defense. Adil Magaud took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gameiro Couchot. Gameiro Couchot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Flavian Garcons short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Gameiro Couchot to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adil Magaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameiro Couchot having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Rathmore Lime Tree left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fèves.
