Castelmaurou's Nathanaël Barbot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davy Giacomoni in the 26th minute of play. Gaspard Letourneux kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Mohamed-Ali Duparc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean-Baptiste Gaze kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Davy Giacomoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nathanaël Barbot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zinedine Gilibert to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Formation Pure Lyonnaise booed when Castelmaurou was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zinedine Gilibert in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Cloarec saved Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting behind. In the 78th minute of the match Florian Jouanno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Cloarec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 81st match minute, Formation Pure Lyonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamza Le Forestier to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Zinedine Gilibert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castelmaurou fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, Castelmaurou's Silvestre Telesforo got a free kick in the 90th minute. Nathanaël Barbot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davy Giacomoni's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
