Spectators: 8530 (Terracing: 6398, Seating: 1962, VIP seats: 170) Marty Byrde started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Briatte in the 2nd minute of play forced Lezennes's goalkeeper Jörgen Back to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörgen Back took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Byrde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Mané Cosme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lezennes and the Union Sportive Modane players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Union Sportive Modane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jörgen Back stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robin Briatte's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute Marty Byrde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Back saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25thth minute of the game Marty Byrde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lezennes's Jörgen Back was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lezennes's Jörgen Back played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Byrde in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Marty Byrde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörgen Back was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Jörgen Back showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Byrde, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Robin Briatte sped through Lezennes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jörgen Back. In the 41st minute, Robin Briatte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union Sportive Modane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Lezennes's Jörgen Back played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Byrde in the 46th minute of play. The Lezennes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Union Sportive Modane were winning 0-7.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olaf Zaworski to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 57th minute, Union Sportive Modane's Marty Byrde ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jörgen Back. Jörgen Back yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Marty Byrde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Jörgen Back made a huge save. Marty Byrde who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Jörgen Back when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lezennes's Jörgen Back proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Lezennes from getting a goal against them. Marty Byrde had several of the Lezennes's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Jörgen Back as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robin Briatte in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörgen Back prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jörgen Back made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Briatte in the 74th minute. Marty Byrde came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jörgen Back could save by the left post. 76 minutes into the match, Robin Briatte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jörgen Back, 0-11. In the 81st match minute, Union Sportive Modane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patxi Belval to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Lezennes defense, Marty Byrde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörgen Back. The Lezennes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörgen Back should have stopped the shot. Jörgen Back didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Union Sportive Modane's Marty Byrde shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-13 in the ordered_time% minute. Robin Briatte succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-14. Union Sportive Modane's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
