Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Paulo Rue started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gauthier Visse to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickaël Julien in the 89th minute of play forced Cysoing's goalkeeper Walter Lejeune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Payan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwan Fage in the 90th minute of the match. When Erwan Fage came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Cysoing fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erwan Fage couldn't finish the play. Blanquefort's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
