With a couple of smart ball manuevers Philibert Barba in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pierrick Dame saved O. Marseille Provence from getting behind. Malcolm Cochrane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adam Payan having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, O. Marseille Provence's goal looked a bit too open when Philibert Barba came free, but Pierrick Dame reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of O. Marseille Provence booed when Blanquefort was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Junior Garnier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Mériau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Adam Payan made a huge save. Adam Payan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fred Mériau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. When Paulo Rue came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Blanquefort fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Rue couldn't finish the play. Geoffrey Belot charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geoffrey Belot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Blanquefort fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! The referee gave O. Marseille Provence a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Malcolm Cochrane, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Blanquefort's Adam Payan. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as O. Marseille Provence's Malcolm Cochrane slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adam Payan. That made the score 3-0 after 25 minutes of play. Adam Payan came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by O. Marseille Provence's Malcolm Cochrane. But to his dismay, Malcolm Cochrane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When Paulo Rue came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Blanquefort fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Rue couldn't finish the play. Adam Payan was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Sammy Bruchet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sammy Bruchet really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. If Sammy Bruchet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Rue in the 47th minute of play forced O. Marseille Provence's goalkeeper Pierrick Dame to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Rue made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Blanquefort got a freekick which was hit by Mathis Boissonnet. Fred Mériau scored 6-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Payan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adam Payan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Mériau in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 played minutes O. Marseille Provence got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Bec. Blanquefort's Adam Payan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Mériau in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, O. Marseille Provence was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Émile Lelièvre to maneuver through the defense. When Philibert Barba came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Blanquefort fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philibert Barba couldn't finish the play. Pierrick Dame was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Rue showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-1 in the 73 minute of play. Fred Mériau might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Payan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fred Mériau ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Rue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierrick Dame having to interfere. The supporters of Blanquefort booed when O. Marseille Provence was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm Cochrane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierrick Dame took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Rue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philibert Barba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierrick Dame having to make a save. In the 87th match minute, O. Marseille Provence was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Bec to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Rue in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pierrick Dame prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to O. Marseille Provence getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Émile Lelièvre hit a great ball. O. Marseille Provence's Pierrick Dame proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save O. Marseille Provence from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. O. Marseille Provence had won after a very even match.
