Sorges's Clem Riss was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jim Coquel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 13th match minute, Sorges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Vandenbroucke to maneuver through the defense. Cédric Royere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrien Boche having to interfere. Bayern de Monique's Jim Coquel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christophe Gire in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Bayern de Monique's goal looked a bit too open when Élie Gamet came free, but Jim Coquel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayern de Monique's Jim Coquel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christophe Gire in the 23rd minute of play. Marc-Antoine Desire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 minutes of play, Sorges's Élie Gamet made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jim Coquel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 35th play minutes Christophe Gire shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jim Coquel and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 42nd match minute, Bayern de Monique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amaury Hueber to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Clem Riss had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Coquel. Bayern de Monique's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clem Riss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Bayern de Monique players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sorges were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cédric Royere to strike the kick off in the second half. Jim Coquel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christophe Gire in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Élie Gamet notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bayern de Monique's Jim Coquel. Jim Coquel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jim Coquel made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Christophe Gire sent off a good shot on target. Jim Coquel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Élie Gamet in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Sorges were awarded a corner. Clem Riss went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 80th minute Benjamin Baudrier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Boche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Coquel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joël Pourchet, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clem Riss in the 86th minute of play forced Bayern de Monique's goalkeeper Jim Coquel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Bayern de Monique defense, Christophe Gire kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jim Coquel. The Bayern de Monique fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jim Coquel should have stopped the shot. Jim Coquel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clem Riss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Sorges could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bayern de Monique throughout the match.
