When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Dave Seurin put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jim Coquel. Paul-Henri Cheze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jim Coquel made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Paul-Henri Cheze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Stella 5555's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul-Henri Cheze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Coquel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dave Seurin might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Coquel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Seurin ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

If Ghislain Bonnichon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jim Coquel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Seurin's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Ilan Duval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Blaise Halluin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter Stella 5555 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience was convinced that Dave Seurin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jim Coquel was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Seurin in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Coquel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dave Seurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Coquel having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Inter Stella 5555 fully deserved thier win.
