Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gustave Verot made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Idsøe in the 2nd minute of play forced Ranquet's goalkeeper Yves Davesne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Jonas Lauga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Davesne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Lauga hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Jonas Lauga suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 10 minutes, Bacary Racine mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ranquet and the PSG FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. PSG FC's Ernest Bardoux was substituted for Jonas Lauga. The supporters of PSG FC booed when Ranquet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bacary Racine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yves Davesne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Idsøe's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Martin Idsøe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Yves Davesne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes, Martin Idsøe made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ranquet's Yves Davesne tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, PSG FC's goalkeeper Mickaël Landreau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mathieu Oudart. In the 28th minute, Cyrille Parra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yves Davesne was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 30 played minutes PSG FC got a freekick which was hit by Samy Lescure. 36 minutes into the game, PSG FC's Kléberson de Almeida nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yves Davesne made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 39th minute Cyrille Parra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Davesne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Cyrille Parra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PSG FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Idsøe in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yves Davesne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Martin Idsøe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Davesne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kléberson de Almeida struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Yves Davesne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSG FC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Idsøe was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Martin Idsøe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSG FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Idsøe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jean-Cyrille Demoulin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Yves Davesne made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Kléberson de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSG FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kléberson de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yves Davesne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Ranquet's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Martin Idsøe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Ranquet getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gustave Verot hit a great ball. Martin Idsøe let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 75th minute shot 0-8 at rihgt post. Mickaël Landreau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustave Verot, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. PSG FC played a much better game than Ranquet and deserved their victory. The Ranquet players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
