Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Emmanuel in the 24th minute of play. Joe Camp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Antonangeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute Algrange were awarded a corner. Pascal Ohlmann went to the cornerflag to take it. Pascal Ohlmann made a great header on Algrange's corner, it was just that Cats and dogs's Joe Camp managed to reach the ball for a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Emmanuel to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Pascal Ohlmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joe Camp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Camp having to interfere. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cats and dogs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
