After 8 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Felix Emmanuel. Felix Emmanuel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Hamard in the 14th minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Nicolas Hamard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lev Yashin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Felix Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dimitri Nedellec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Emmanuel struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Lev Yashin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cats and dogs. After a rather tough play, Cats and dogs's Bérenger Ethève got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's Farid Verrecchia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Joe Camp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitri Nedellec, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Joe Camp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Tabor in the 33rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Joe Camp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Tabor. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bérenger Ethève didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lev Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Hamard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Emmanuel in the 67th minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cats and dogs's Joe Camp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Law in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Ernest Sauze got a free kick in the 69th minute. Le Stade Briochin UC's Nolan Roux was substituted for Dimitri Nedellec. After 73 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Gaétan Bouchard. Lev Yashin came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Cats and dogs's Nicolas Hamard. But to his dismay, Nicolas Hamard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaétan Bouchard in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bérenger Ethève didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Law received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Joe Camp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Téo Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Gaétan Bouchard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Boch in the 93rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Nicolas Hamard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lev Yashin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
