The corner went over the outstretched arms of Valette Stars's goalie and right to Karl-Michael Karlberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Valette Stars's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ivan Käcker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrien Tanneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Käcker in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafail Rusev in the 37th minute of play forced Cyber Attack's goalkeeper Bruno Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Karma Tarich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Chaine, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Käcker in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrien Tanneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Käcker in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Cyber Attack's goalkeeper Bruno Nunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafail Rusev. Laurent Hoff's late challenge caught a Valette Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
