In the 13th minute Cyber Attack were awarded a corner. Bob Curtil went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Elegance Dijon getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. David Kopa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Käcker in the 15th minute of play forced Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Dave Rinaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Rinaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Käcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Cyber Attack's goal looked a bit too open when Stéphane Gaudy came free, but Bruno Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
