Spectators: 6877 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1877, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alex Nolsøe made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 7 minutes, Jann Martin Knudsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fleetwood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jann Martin Knudsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jón Hansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Nolsøe, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, Rothley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew T. Hansen to maneuver through the defense. Alex Nolsøe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jón Hansen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Martin Knudsen in the 14th minute of play forced Fleetwood's goalkeeper Rúnar Benjaminsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Christian Martin Knudsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Nolsøe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Nolsøe in the 30th minute of play forced Rothley's goalkeeper Jón Hansen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Rothley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jann Martin Knudsen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jón Hansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Nolsøe in the 44th minute of play. Rúnar Benjaminsen came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Rothley's Fróði Hansen. But to his dismay, Fróði Hansen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Martin Knudsen to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Jann Martin Knudsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jón Hansen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 55 minutes into the match, Rothley's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Nolsøe came free, but Jón Hansen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jón Hansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jann Martin Knudsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Fróði Hansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Rothley got a freekick which was hit by Andy Djurhuus. Fleetwood's Rúnar Benjaminsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Martin Knudsen in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Jann Martin Knudsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jón Hansen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A wasted opportunity for Fleetwood. 3-1 became the score in the 86th minute when Alex Nolsøe elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Fleetwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsolt Fróði Hansen to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Fleetwood's Rúnar Benjaminsen got control of the ball when Fróði Hansen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fleetwood's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
