Spectators: 6852 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1852, VIP seats: 0) Fleetwood's Rúnar Benjaminsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jónhard Jacobsen in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jónhard Jacobsen in the 6th minute of play forced Fleetwood's goalkeeper Rúnar Benjaminsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jónhard Jacobsen in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rúnar Benjaminsen saved Fleetwood from getting behind. Jann Martin Knudsen scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gert Højsted, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jann Martin Knudsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rúnar Benjaminsen was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Jónhard Jacobsen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jónhard Jacobsen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Gert Højsted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Nolsøe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jónhard Jacobsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Christian Højsted fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fleetwood's protests and gave Christian Højsted a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Fleetwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Højsted to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Mikladalur's Pauli Castilho tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 26 minutes, Jann Martin Knudsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fleetwood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jann Martin Knudsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Gert Thorsteinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jónhard Jacobsen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rúnar Benjaminsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Jónhard Jacobsen slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, Símun Jacobsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jón Olsen fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mikladalur's protests and gave Jón Olsen a yellow card for diving instead. 38 minutes into the game, one of Mikladalur:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Fleetwood a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jens Joensen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mikladalur's Gert Højsted. 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jónhard Jacobsen to make the kick off. Símun Jacobsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rúnar Benjaminsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Símun Jacobsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rúnar Benjaminsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alex Nolsøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gert Højsted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Nolsøe in the 66th minute of the match. Símun Jacobsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rúnar Benjaminsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rúnar Benjaminsen came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Mikladalur's Símun Jacobsen. But to his dismay, Símun Jacobsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Mikladalur's zone, Alex Nolsøe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gert Højsted came out of the goal and Alex Nolsøe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Fleetwood's Gert Højsted threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alex Nolsøe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gert Højsted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Nolsøe in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Jónhard Jacobsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fleetwood's Rúnar Benjaminsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
