Tjørnuvík's Klæmint í Lon Jacobsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heini Thorleifsson in the 61st minute of play. When Rógvi Debes fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skælingur's protests and gave Rógvi Debes a yellow card for diving instead. Rógvi Debes kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Óli Joensen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Klæmint í Lon Jacobsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
