The audience was convinced that Vivaldo Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Hansen was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Chudomir Púrlev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alex Hansen. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Kollafjørður ÍF's Chudomir Púrlev got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Chudomir Púrlev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kollafjørður ÍF's supporters rose to their feet, but Chudomir Púrlev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Hansen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vivaldo Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alex Hansen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sjúrður Hansen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Torkil Djurhuus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Hansen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Hanus Pauli Jacobsen hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vivaldo Ferreira got free with Alex Hansen in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sjúrður Hansen charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sjúrður Hansen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sjúrður Hansen hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Vivaldo Ferreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Alex Hansen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vivaldo Ferreira in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Hansen saved Fámjin from getting behind. After 45 played minutes Fritz Bryngelsson rounded Fámjin's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vivaldo Ferreira to strike the kick off in the second half. Alex Hansen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vivaldo Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Vivaldo Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fámjin's Alex Hansen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Torkil Djurhuus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Hansen having to interfere. Jacobo Loi made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Midjord in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Vivaldo Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Hansen was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. John Midjord's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacobo Loi firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 84 played minutes Fámjin got a freekick which was hit by Sjúrður Hansen. Torkil Djurhuus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Hansen having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vivaldo Ferreira in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Hansen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torkil Djurhuus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Torkil Djurhuus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kollafjørður ÍF's supporters rose to their feet, but Torkil Djurhuus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a little luck, Kollafjørður ÍF's Jacobo Loi got control of the ball when John Midjord tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kollafjørður ÍF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
