A collision led to Goleiros FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Anderson Davy Sylla hit a great ball. Heini Thomsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Regin Johannesen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Regin Johannesen stood somewhat misplaced when Heini Thomsen came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Tommy Hansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnbjørn Olsen in the 24th minute of play. Regin Johannesen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heini Thomsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If John Egholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Heini Thomsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sørvágsfjørður D's John Martin Joensen got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Goleiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Martin Joensen came free, but Regin Johannesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heini Thomsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Regin Johannesen having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Jónhard Mikkelsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Goleiros FC's goalkeeper Regin Johannesen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Heini Thomsen made the kick off in the second half. Heini Thomsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Sørvágsfjørður D were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Goleiros FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Heini Thomsen took the corner. Sørvágsfjørður D's Heini Thomsen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Regin Johannesen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heini Thomsen in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Regin Johannesen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. John Egholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zsolt Troest Davidsen charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zsolt Troest Davidsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Goleiros FC's Zsolt Troest Davidsen got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Poul Egholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 minutes, John Egholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sørvágsfjørður D and the Goleiros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Goleiros FC booed when Sørvágsfjørður D was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Egholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Regin Johannesen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heini Thomsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Goleiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Martin Joensen came free, but Regin Johannesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sorin Elttør kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Sørvágsfjørður D walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
