Tíðarskeið's Jens Christian Hansen got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tíðarskeið's Óli Hans Rubeksen got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute, Jens Rein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Regin Johannesen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jákup Samuelsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Davy Sylla in the 19th minute of the match. Jens Rein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jákup Samuelsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Davy Sylla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens Rein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Regin Johannesen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Egholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jákup Samuelsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Christian Hansen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Goleiros FC's zone, Jens Rein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Regin Johannesen came out of the goal and Jens Rein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tíðarskeið's Jens Christian Hansen got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Goleiros FC's goalkeeper Regin Johannesen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jákup Thomassen charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jákup Thomassen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 64 minutes, Jens Christian Hansen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tíðarskeið's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens Christian Hansen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jens Christian Hansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anderson Davy Sylla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Anderson Davy Sylla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goleiros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anderson Davy Sylla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jákup Samuelsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jens Christian Hansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jens Rein kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Regin Johannesen. That made the score 0-2 in the 82 minute of play. When Tíðarskeið's Jens Christian Hansen in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goleiros FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Jens Christian Hansen took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Regin Johannesen to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tíðarskeið eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
