No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Bize Heryer Trabzon booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wang Guang Lin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bize Heryer Trabzon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Savaşer Demirkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Guang Lin came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Germany's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Bize Heryer Trabzon had won, even though Germany had held more of the ball.
