Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Edilberto Carballido made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose-Enrique Arraz in the 9th minute of play forced Alto De La Mesa AFC's goalkeeper Sagrario Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Alto De La Mesa AFC's Francisco Verdaguer got a free kick in the 11th minute. If Francisco Verdaguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 16 minutes, Francisco Verdaguer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alto De La Mesa AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Verdaguer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Nabar Zurica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Avia's Aritz Tobias got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Avia's goalkeeper Artemio Alfaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Garoa Lozano. After 21 minutes, Nabar Zurica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avia and the Alto De La Mesa AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Avia's Nabar Zurica got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Garoa Lozano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artemio Alfaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute, Alto De La Mesa AFC's Francisco Verdaguer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artemio Alfaro. Artemio Alfaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Avia's Aritz Tobias got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Alto De La Mesa AFC's Garoa Lozano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artemio Alfaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Alto De La Mesa AFC's Lucila Bodelon got a free kick in the 34th minute. Paul Azofra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sagrario Paz. Alto De La Mesa AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Alto De La Mesa AFC's Indar Lopez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artemio Alfaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Artemio Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Francisco Verdaguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Verdaguer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Gualterio De Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Alfaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Artemio Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio De Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Avia's zone, Francisco Verdaguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Alfaro came out of the goal and Francisco Verdaguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artemio Alfaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Verdaguer in the 66th minute of play. If Gualterio De Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisco Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Artemio Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xarles Bellido might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Alfaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xarles Bellido ran back to his position shaking his head. Avia's Artemio Alfaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indar Lopez in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Francisco Verdaguer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artemio Alfaro. Avia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Verdaguer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Artemio Alfaro came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Alto De La Mesa AFC's Francisco Verdaguer. But to his dismay, Francisco Verdaguer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaio Titos in the 89th minute of play forced Avia's goalkeeper Artemio Alfaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alto De La Mesa AFC's Francisco Verdaguer in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd minute of the match, Nabar Zurica tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sagrario Paz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gregorio Campomanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alto De La Mesa AFC's Francisco Verdaguer in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avia's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee ended the match the Alto De La Mesa AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
