After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Urko Tarin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villarin's supporters rose to their feet, but Urko Tarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Montes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ignacio Montes made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Gilberto Abancens sent off a good shot on target. Zenon Leseduarte kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Villarin's Rodolfo Lacorte broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gilberto Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ignacio Montes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Turo De Morou booed when Villarin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chan Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urko Tarin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ignacio Montes made a huge save. Pablo Prats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Urko Tarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villarin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urko Tarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute Nestor Bergada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordera Durango saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Villarin's Urko Tarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacio Montes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Bergada to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Turo De Morou's goalkeeper Ignacio Montes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Gilberto Abancens made a precise shot to the right of Ignacio Montes. Turo De Morou's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Urko Tarin took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacio Montes. Ignacio Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Gilberto Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Montes having to interfere. Villarin's Cordera Durango played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Bergada in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Turo De Morou booed when Villarin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damario Mondejar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Montes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urko Tarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Zenon Leseduarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Turo De Morou getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Zenon Leseduarte hit a great ball. Gilberto Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute Urko Tarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Montes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Gilberto Abancens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignacio Montes. Turo De Morou's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Abancens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After 85 played minutes Villarin got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Darroja. Pablo Prats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cordera Durango made a huge save. Urko Tarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gilberto Abancens came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Villarin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Abancens couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the game, Cirino Gomar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turo De Morou's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villarin the free kick. Ignacio Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urko Tarin in the 93rd minute of the match. Gilberto Abancens took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacio Montes. Ignacio Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Villarin had played much better football throughout.
