After a defensive mix-up in Almenara's zone, Amarante Abellan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrián Feal came out of the goal and Amarante Abellan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half CD CANILLAS were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Paulin Diez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Adrián Feal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amarante Abellan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match, Amarante Abellan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adrián Feal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 70 minutes, Tobiasr Lillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almenara and the CD CANILLAS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Almenara got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasr Lillo. When Almenara's Matías Cardoso in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, CD CANILLAS's Adrián Feal threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amarante Abellan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Roland Szily managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD CANILLAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Szily was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrián Feal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Almenara fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD CANILLAS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
