Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Larra Cifuentes kicked off to start the match. Quico Zárate made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Elvis Marin sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aberri Font in the 11th minute of play forced Marueta's goalkeeper Anaya Correa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heliodoro Montero kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Elvis Marin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Quico Zárate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Elvis Marin sped through La Macedoniana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Quico Zárate. After some careless play in the La Macedoniana defense, Elvis Marin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quico Zárate. The La Macedoniana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quico Zárate should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvis Marin got free with Quico Zárate in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sabin Castan made a kick off. Sabin Castan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anaya Correa having to interfere. A collision led to Marueta getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Heliodoro Montero hit a great ball. Heliodoro Montero charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heliodoro Montero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Macedoniana booed when Marueta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heliodoro Montero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, La Macedoniana's goal looked a bit too open when Larra Cifuentes came free, but Quico Zárate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Larra Cifuentes in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quico Zárate saved La Macedoniana from getting behind. Quico Zárate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larra Cifuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Eduardo Guasch from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Anaya Correa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Heliodoro Montero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Quico Zárate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marueta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
