Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Constantino Torrente started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Llinares in the 4th minute of play forced Els Poblet AFC's goalkeeper Gaston Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anacleto Llinares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Escobar having to make a save. Saul Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Auderico Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Rehoyos AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bartolomé Urbina hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anxel Ferrer in the 23rd minute of play forced Rehoyos AFC's goalkeeper Saul Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rehoyos AFC's Saul Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anxel Ferrer in the 27th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Rehoyos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Huly Lorenzo. Constantino Torrente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Salan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Rehoyos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Soldado came free, but Saul Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Rehoyos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bienvenido Galnares to maneuver through the defense. Saul Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pietro Dellasierra in the 39th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Rehoyos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Urbina.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Llinares was the one to do the kick off. When Anacleto Llinares came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Rehoyos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Llinares couldn't finish the play. Saul Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Torrente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Torrente succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Rehoyos AFC's zone, Auderico Sánchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Salan came out of the goal and Auderico Sánchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saul Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Torrente in the 72nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Saul Salan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gaston Escobar came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Rehoyos AFC's Bartolomé Urbina. But to his dismay, Bartolomé Urbina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 90th minute, Auderico Sánchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Constantino Torrente fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Els Poblet AFC's protests and gave Constantino Torrente a yellow card for diving instead. Ernesto Riba charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Riba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 96 minutes into the game, one of Els Poblet AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 99th minute there was a penalty for Rehoyos AFC. Godfredo James stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gaston Escobar. 3-2. Els Poblet AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
