Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Demario Torrent kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's zone, Mauro Olano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Austin Mayol came out of the goal and Mauro Olano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, FC Steaua București's Austin Mayol threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Demario Torrent, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 25 minutes into the match, Vermudo Alavedra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Austin Mayol. Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vermudo Alavedra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Demario Torrent came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC Steaua București fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demario Torrent couldn't finish the play. If Demario Torrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's Zigor Estrada quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rufino Campello, made in the 32nd minute of the game. Austin Mayol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Olano in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Demario Torrent in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Austin Mayol saved Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC from getting behind. Austin Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vermudo Alavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's Austin Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Olano in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Demario Torrent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Austin Mayol was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Demario Torrent came free, but Austin Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliu Macho came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Sant Bartomeu De La Quadra AFC's Eneko Doblas. But to his dismay, Eneko Doblas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Eneko Doblas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Eliu Macho made a huge save. Demario Torrent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eliu Carro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eneko Doblas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliu Macho having to interfere. If Demario Torrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Austin Mayol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Olano's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute Mauro Olano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Steaua București had played much better football throughout.
