The coaching staff of Castropol SAD protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ametz Amer had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 25 minutes into the game, one of Castropol SAD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ekhi Marines shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 29th minute, Etxepare Cainzos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Amador Benítez. The goal made the score 2-0. Balesio Castaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Oliverios Goyanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Castropol SAD's Zeru Santiago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliverios Goyanes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Vistruario Galego might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliverios Goyanes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vistruario Galego ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the game, Isidoro Balcells was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fuen Del Cepo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castropol SAD the free kick. The supporters of Castropol SAD booed when Fuen Del Cepo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Balcells didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vistruario Galego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Vistruario Galego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Castropol SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fuen Del Cepo FC the free kick. After 43 played minutes Castropol SAD got a freekick which was hit by Vistruario Galego. Oliverios Goyanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vistruario Galego, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santxo Incera to strike the kick off in the second half. Vistruario Galego was extremely unlucky when he, in the 51st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 52nd minute, Isidoro Balcells hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Fuen Del Cepo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Cortes to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the match Castropol SAD got a corner. Fuen Del Cepo FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zeru Santiago ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Castropol SAD's Zeru Santiago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oliverios Goyanes. That made the score 2-2 after 66 minutes of play. In the 69th minute, Vistruario Galego left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castropol SAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Amador Benítez came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fuen Del Cepo FC's Santxo Incera. But to his dismay, Santxo Incera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Oliverios Goyanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vistruario Galego in the 76th minute. Castropol SAD's Vistruario Galego was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Vistruario Galego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Oliverios Goyanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vistruario Galego did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-5 to the left of a surprised Oliverios Goyanes 86 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vistruario Galego in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliverios Goyanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vistruario Galego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Castropol SAD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
