In the 16th match minute, Sport Carmelo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Dorado to maneuver through the defense. Martín Mayor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Gala having to interfere. Penalty! 28 minutes into the game, Michael Bueno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ambrosio Gala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noé Cordoba got free with Ambrosio Gala in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes in the game, Martín Mayor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ambrosio Gala having to interfere. Michael Bueno was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. S.D. Sueca's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ambrosio Gala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martín Mayor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Victorio Contreras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sport Carmelo F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.D. Sueca the free kick. In the 45th minute, Victorio Contreras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lander Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michael Bueno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Amerigo Salazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Sport Carmelo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Martín Mayor came free, but Ambrosio Gala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Echavarri in the 56th minute of play forced Sport Carmelo F.C's goalkeeper Ambrosio Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sport Carmelo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ted Echavarri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Martín Mayor scored 8-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosio Gala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Martín Mayor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ambrosio Gala. Sport Carmelo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martín Mayor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When Sport Carmelo F.C's Nestor Dorado in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.D. Sueca's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd minute, Victorio Contreras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sport Carmelo F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
