With an extended leg and a bit of luck Llorian Barroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Javier Olmedo came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vermudo Companys could save by the left post. Quico Pedriza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llorian Barroso having to interfere. If Jerold Antunez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Quico Pedriza made a precise shot to the right of Llorian Barroso. betis siempre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Xose Gil hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. betis siempre's Llorian Barroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quico Pedriza in the 37th minute of play. Llorian Barroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quico Pedriza in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Jacques Labarra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elorza AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave betis siempre the free kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quico Pedriza to make the kick off. Quico Pedriza struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Llorian Barroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elorza AFC. Llorian Barroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quico Pedriza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Huerta's late challenge caught a Elorza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Huerta helped the player get up and apologised. Segundo Barrientos did an outstanding performance 81 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-3 to the right of an irritated Llorian Barroso in the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Barrientos during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of betis siempre booed when Elorza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Barrientos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vermudo Companys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Olmedo in the 92nd minute of the match. The Elorza AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
