In the 25th minute Bernardo Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinton Solano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Linhares in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quinton Solano saved Roses SAD from getting behind. Quinton Solano came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by RICKS CLUB's Pablo-Enrique Canyelles. But to his dismay, Pablo-Enrique Canyelles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Bernardo Linhares scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinton Solano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Linhares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quinton Solano was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Roses SAD defense, Pablo-Enrique Canyelles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quinton Solano. The Roses SAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quinton Solano should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Roses SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Odilon Llorente came free, but Quinton Solano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, RICKS CLUB's Alfonso Montaña dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. When Armando March fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roses SAD's protests and gave Armando March a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Roses SAD's Armando March got a free kick in the 66th minute. Bernardo Linharess short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Quinton Solano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Linhares got free with Quinton Solano in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Linhares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Quinton Solano made a huge save. In the 74th play minute Bernardo Linhares came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Quinton Solano. 0-8. 77 minutes into the game, RICKS CLUB's Bernardo Linhares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quinton Solano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Zuri Abajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Quinton Solano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to RICKS CLUB getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Etxave Sacristán hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes RICKS CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Odilon Llorente. Ricardo Navarro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ion Viejo having to make a save. In the 95th match minute, RICKS CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo-Enrique Canyelles to maneuver through the defense. After 97 played minutes, Roses SAD's Damario Belalcaraz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ion Viejo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roses SAD reached it. When the final whistle sounded RICKS CLUB left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Roses SAD.
