Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Teruel started the match with the kick off. Diego Radaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Chus España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carcaixent's Jaime Teruel got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolfo Casals made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Garrido in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Farell FC's zone, Jaime Teruel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Casals came out of the goal and Jaime Teruel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Teruel in the 13th minute of play forced El Farell FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Farell FC's Adolfo Casals played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Garrido in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Jaime Teruel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carcaixent's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Teruel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolfo Casals breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18thth minute of the game Chico Garrido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Farell FC's Adolfo Casals was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jaime Teruel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Chico Garrido came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Carcaixent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chico Garrido couldn't finish the play. Diego Radaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Chus España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chico Garrido struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Adolfo Casals didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carcaixent. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clodoveo Saavedra during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adolfo Casals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Teruel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oton Ocaña's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Chus España skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 43rd minute, Diego Radaban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Radaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Chus España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Diego Radaban made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Diego Radaban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chus España saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th match minute, El Farell FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordi Abascal to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Julio Galnares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chico Garrido who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Adolfo Casals when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Teruel in the 65th minute of play forced El Farell FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Farell FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bertran Murcia hit a great ball. Chico Garrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 80 minutes, Oton Ocaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Farell FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oton Ocaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaime Teruel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Adolfo Casals tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Jaime Teruel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Casals was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jaime Teruel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Casals read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
