Agustín Coya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtsua Zapico in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtsua Zapico in the 29th minute of play forced La Bermeja's goalkeeper Agustín Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Coya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaizko Patiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Estrecho De San Ginés's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Fructuoso Iglesias scored to the left of an out of position Amadeo Morcego, making the score, 1-0. If Gaizko Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Estrecho De San Ginés's Gaizko Patiño got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaizko Patiño was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaizko Patiño in the 54th minute of play forced La Bermeja's goalkeeper Agustín Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Jerrold Treviño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Estrecho De San Ginés's Amadeo Morcego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 62 played minutes, La Bermeja's Bladi Abajas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amadeo Morcego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Bermeja reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ekhi De Pedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Bermeja's supporters rose to their feet, but Ekhi De Pedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Morcego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gaizko Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urtsua Zapico got free with Agustín Coya in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amadeo Morcego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerrold Treviño in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, La Bermeja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estefan Planes to maneuver through the defense. Estefan Planes hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Agustín Coya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaizko Patiño in the 83rd minute of play. Urtsua Zapico did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Agustín Coya 88 minutes into the match. If Gaizko Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 96 played minutes La Bermeja got a freekick which was hit by Estefan Planes. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
