The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matias Sevilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 19th minute, Gumersindo Galdamez made a precise shot to the right of Matias Sevilla. Barri De Porta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Barri De Porta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bizen Vazquez came free, but Matias Sevilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gorosti Alcalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quico Alcaraz in the 28th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Barri De Porta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Llope. The crowd rose to their feet as Arximiro Mera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matias Sevilla. That made the score 3-1 in the 32 minute of play. Gorosti Alcalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eilif Aslaksen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Tato Zapatero put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Barri De Porta AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Villa Sol:s goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eilif Aslaksen to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Barri De Porta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Lopez came free, but Matias Sevilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 52 played minutes Barri De Porta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnau Encina. Eilif Aslaksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorosti Alcalde having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Bizen Vazquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Sol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andresito Cifuentes was slow to take the kick. During this time Barri De Porta AFC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Andresito Cifuentes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gorosti Alcalde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gorosti Alcalde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eilif Aslaksen in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Sol's zone, Eilif Aslaksen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gorosti Alcalde came out of the goal and Eilif Aslaksen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Barri De Porta AFC booed when Villa Sol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bizen Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bizen Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When Sauveur Caballero came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Barri De Porta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sauveur Caballero couldn't finish the play. Barri De Porta AFC's Eilif Aslaksen managed to work through Villa Sol's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Eilif Aslaksen dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Barri De Porta AFC's Quexal Sirvent got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Sevilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gumersindo Galdamez went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. The Villa Sol support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
