In the 4th minute, Valthia's Baltazar Gimenez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manolito Mora. Manolito Mora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gandolfo Casero in the 9th minute of play forced Valthia's goalkeeper Pau Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Eriz Cañadas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valthia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sueca C.F the free kick. If Baltazar Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Sauca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Valthia's Benat Varela dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 27th minute of the match, Benat Varela got a very nice opportunity to score, but Manolito Mora was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 32nd match minute, Sueca C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinforiano Arias to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sueca C.F's Beturian Vega got a free kick in the 37th minute. Benat Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Manolito Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Sauca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolito Mora having to interfere. Sinforiano Arias hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Eriz Cañadas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gandolfo Casero to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Gandolfo Casero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute, Eriz Cañadas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aureliano Sauca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolito Mora having to interfere. Xesus Urbieta might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manolito Mora. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xesus Urbieta ran back to his position shaking his head. Valthia's Baltazar Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Beturian Vega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriz Cañadas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolito Mora having to interfere. Valthia's Eriz Cañadas got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gandolfo Casero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sueca C.F getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Honorio Barba hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Sueca C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinforiano Arias to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Eriz Cañadas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sueca C.F's Manolito Mora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baltazar Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Aureliano Sauca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valthia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Sauca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Sueca C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Gimenez came free, but Manolito Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manolito Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltazar Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Benat Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valthia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
