In the 17th minute, Alfredo Boninsegna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Zapico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Humberto Roman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, inter hellin cf's goal looked a bit too open when Martín Reina came free, but Humberto Roman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mattias Holm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Zahar Olmedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabricio Aceves kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Zahar Olmedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Holm in the 40th minute of the match. Ximun Palomar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxahun Justo in the 46th minute of play forced Mirave AD's goalkeeper Zahar Olmedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roberto Vazquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Humberto Roman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Reina in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mirave AD's zone, Bastia Valdivia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zahar Olmedo came out of the goal and Bastia Valdivia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mattias Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zahar Olmedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastia Valdivia in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mirave AD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abejundio Toledo was slow to take the kick. During this time inter hellin cf's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Mirave AD getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ximun Palomar hit a great ball. When Bastia Valdivia came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the inter hellin cf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bastia Valdivia couldn't finish the play. In the 77thth minute of the game Mattias Holm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mirave AD's Zahar Olmedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of inter hellin cf booed when Mirave AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loren Noya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes, inter hellin cf's Abejundio Toledo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zahar Olmedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in inter hellin cf reached it. Zahar Olmedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Zahar Olmedo came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by inter hellin cf's Mattias Holm. But to his dismay, Mattias Holm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Martín Reina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Roman having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. inter hellin cf had won after a very even match.
