Carmelo Freire scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arias Carreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tipi Mangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Justo in the 7th minute of play. yecla cf's Tipi Mangas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Aguilo in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Porto Colom SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Fresnos to maneuver through the defense. Carmelo Freire in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arias Carreira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tipi Mangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Justo in the 12th minute of play. Carmelo Freire might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arias Carreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmelo Freire ran back to his position shaking his head. Carmelo Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Arias Carreira made a huge save. Porto Colom SD's Arias Carreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Porto Colom SD from getting a goal against them. Carmelo Freire received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arias Carreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Freire slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Arias Carreira came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by yecla cf's Carmelo Freire. But to his dismay, Carmelo Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 25 minutes, Neto Pareja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the yecla cf and the Porto Colom SD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Neto Pareja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Freire hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Poulus Semell might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arias Carreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Poulus Semell ran back to his position shaking his head. Tipi Mangas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costante Justo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costante Justo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costante Justo to make the kick off. After 62 played minutes yecla cf got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Freire. Porto Colom SD's Cristobal Pais shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tipi Mangas but with some difficulty. 80 minutes into the match, yecla cf's goal looked a bit too open when Costante Justo came free, but Tipi Mangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 82 minutes into the game, when Neto Pareja put in a rough tackle. Poulus Semell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, yecla cf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garaona Sánchez to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Fresnos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. yecla cf were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Porto Colom SD for a fine match.
