The crowd rose to their feet as GRANHATEAM's 于平政 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of René Pais. That made the score 5-0 after 37 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gérard Garino to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Aquiles Suarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Santander CF and the GRANHATEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Aquiles Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GRANHATEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Santander CF the free kick. A collision led to GRANHATEAM getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lauren Armada hit a great ball. Nils Meinl took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised René Pais. René Pais dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After some careless play in the Real Santander CF defense, 于平政 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of René Pais. The Real Santander CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that René Pais should have stopped the shot. After having played for 76 minutes, Aristeo Vuelta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Santander CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristeo Vuelta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GRANHATEAM's Lauren Armada got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. René Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 于平政 in the 81st minute of play. René Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauren Armada, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, 于平政 notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Real Santander CF's René Pais. René Pais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When GRANHATEAM's Gérard Garino in 87 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. René Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 于平政 in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that GRANHATEAM were the better team. GRANHATEAM's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
