Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) True Holmes FC's Romualdo Menendez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Romualdo Menendez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Placido Abajas came out and tried to block the shot, but Romualdo Menendez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Edelmiro Sobrado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Placido Abajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Es Pujols AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lain Benedicto to maneuver through the defense. Romualdo Menendez might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Placido Abajas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romualdo Menendez ran back to his position shaking his head. Isaac Barrientos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Mundo Llinares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felipo Cainzos skillfully saved the ball. Es Pujols AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Edelmiro Sobrado scored to the left of an out of position Placido Abajas, making the score, 2-0. After 27 minutes, Romualdo Menendez made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Es Pujols AFC's Placido Abajas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edelmiro Sobrado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. True Holmes FC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Es Pujols AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alberto Bermudez took the corner. In the 34th match minute, True Holmes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candelario Fuente to maneuver through the defense. Felipo Cainzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jago Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edelmiro Sobrado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. True Holmes FC's Romualdo Menendez got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Turi Lorenzo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jago Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Felipo Cainzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gabino Duran came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the True Holmes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabino Duran couldn't finish the play. Romualdo Menendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edelmiro Sobrado took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Abajas. Placido Abajas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The audience was convinced that Romualdo Menendez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Abajas was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The supporters of Es Pujols AFC booed when True Holmes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabino Duran didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romualdo Menendez in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Abajas saved Es Pujols AFC from getting behind. Romualdo Menendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Romualdo Menendez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of True Holmes FC booed when Es Pujols AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lekumberri Munoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Romualdo Menendez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Es Pujols AFC's Placido Abajas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ion Sabina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Abajas having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Romualdo Menendez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 85 minutes, Romualdo Menendez made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Es Pujols AFC's Placido Abajas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabino Duran struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Placido Abajas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for True Holmes FC. Placido Abajas came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by True Holmes FC's Romualdo Menendez. But to his dismay, Romualdo Menendez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. True Holmes FC had played much better football throughout.
